Can we plan a specific route in advance to sail on safari?
We plan the route to get the most out of the trip based on current and latest forecast weather conditions. This route may change depending on changes in the weather. If there is anywhere you specifically would like us to visit on the safari please let us know when booking and we'll do everything we can to make this possible.

What are the passport and visa requirements?
Guests must have their passports with them on the boat. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after departure date from Egypt or you will not be allowed to enter the country. A tourist entry visa is also required to be allowed into Egypt. A tourist Visa costs 25 USD and can be bought at the airport upon arrival (if it is not already included in the price of your flight ticket). It will make the process smoother if you have the 25USD in exact change on arrival. EU citizens do not need apply for a Visa in advance. For other citizens, please consult Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Is an internet connection provided?
The WIFI and mobile connection is limited on the open sea. It will not be possible to stream movies but free wifi is provided to update social media, e-mails etc.

What if there are guests who are vegetarian, vegan, or have other dietary preferences or allergies?
Please let us know at least a week in advance of any specific requirements you have and our chef can plan ahead to create a delicious menu to meet your needs.

Are there any special rules that need to be followed when living on a boat?
To make sure living on the boat will be as easy and pleasant as possible it’s important that everyone on board follows the rules for safety and respect of others. Best experience of my life
I just did the safari kite trip and i it has been the best experience of my life. We went to kiteboarding to a place of kilometres of flat water, but really flat, the water was a mirror but i was with my 9 kite. Incredible! And the best we were only me and my friends for the whole day. Also the crew was really really helpfull, always with a smile and a hand to help. The chef, was the best food in el gouna. We enjoyed the dinners sooo much!

Amazing kite safari!
Everything about this trip was great, kiting, spots, food, service, cleanliness of our cabins, and of course the staff. If you’re interested in Kite safaris or diving, Red Sea unlimited and Egypt is definitely the way to go. I’ll be back!
